Timesheet entry update indication

Timesheet entry needs some sort of indication when you update each TS

Also needs to display the status. For example, I should be able to go to a Timsheet and see it's status.

SAVED = stored in the database, so the employees can add to it
SUBMITTED = submitted for approval
REJECTED = it was submitted and rejected by the approver (the approver can add COMMENTS to the TS header, NOT the individual entries).
APPROVED = it was submitted and approved by the approver
