I have obtained the segmentation results,I will evaluate the results,but i don't have the ground truth of testing dataset.I find that many people evaluate on the online platformhttps://www.smir.ch/Home/Browse,which requires the filetype of input is .mha, but the filetype of segmentations that i get is .png,I don't know how to convert the .png to .mha.
