Using utility on another Nissan Clarion devices

Hi!

I’m very interested in extending your tool's SD card functionality to other Nissan Clarion units.

I am currently working with a QY-8750 test unit. Unfortunately, I don't have the original SD card for it, but I do have a disk image from a QY-8054, which is hardware-wise very similar.

The LeafSDTools image boots successfully on the QY-8750, and I can perform NAND/SRAM backups without any issues. However, the SD unlock/lock functions do not seem to work on this specific model.

Do you have any insights or ideas on what might be causing this, or which direction I should take to debug the SD PIN control for this unit?

Any help or technical pointers would be greatly appreciated!

Hey.

How many SD slots does this unit have? SD lock&unlock is supposed to use slot 2, that doesn't exist on QY8XXX for leaf and do not have any pin by default.

If your unit has only one, I can probably make it use first slot for lock/unlock.

You are correct, the QY-8750 has only one SD card slot.

It would be awesome if you could modify the tool to use the first (and only) slot for the lock/unlock functions. I am ready to test any experimental builds on my unit.
