Improve Times category parameters

Times currently supports:

• Start time (in locale time)
• Intervals
• Meridiem (am/pm) switching

It should also support:

• Multiple time formats
  • 24hr time
  • AM/PM vs am/pm
  • Sequencing (eg. early <-> late)
  • String interpolation (eg. via Component Variables and Objects #1)
