`-` or `_` in `di_id` table?

E.g.: `adaptation-fund` versus `adaptation_fund`? We chatted about this on the other channel of communication, want to **confirm** if the standard of using `_` applied to this table as well. We are going to merge/rename/reform/convert `entity` to `di_id` as the table name `entity` is not really fit for purpose.
