I'd like to be able to source the virtual environment that my original repository was using so that the agent can run the script that I set up

Hey @elviskahoro ! Are you referring a python .venv setup? If so, I think you would be able to add that directory as a file pattern to be copied over from your main repo to each builder's worktree, like so (in the repository settings):
