Overview

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) provides a standardized way for applications to interact seamlessly with Language Model (LLM) agentic interfaces. The goal of this issue is to integrate MCP into the Guru Framework’s graphical user interface (GUI), enabling users to intuitively manage and interact with agentic workflows and data provided via MCP.

Objective

Develop a comprehensive integration of MCP protocol support within the Guru Framework’s GUI. The integration will allow users to seamlessly interact with agentic interfaces, facilitating intuitive exploration, execution, and management of agent-driven workflows directly within the application interface.

Acceptance Criteria

• Implement MCP protocol integration within Guru Framework’s GUI.
• Provide intuitive user interface components for managing and interacting with MCP-based agentic workflows.
• Ensure seamless data and workflow interaction via GUI with MCP-compliant resources.
• Demonstrate successful GUI integration with practical use cases involving MCP-driven agent interactions.
• Include complete documentation with clear guidelines on usage, setup, and user interaction.
