[Bug]: Analysts' guide link in databricks function error message is broken

Overview

There is a broken link in the error message in check_databricks_odbc() function.

Steps to Reproduce

• make sure one of the variables isn't set for databricks
• use the check_databricks_odbc() function
• click on the link in the error msg

Expected Behavior

The link should send you to guidance on the Analysts' Guide to help set up the renviron
