Opening the suit log with d-pad up scrolls the cursor up one slot before the menu is visible

As an example, when using the suit log for the very first time the cursor starts on Quantum Moon (bottom) instead of at the top. If you then close the suit log and open it with d-pad up again, it goes up one more.
