Support more quote styles #10

There are tons of styles, and one might want to mix styles within a document. So in addition to a document-wide quote style, define a set of quote styles and use macros to quote with a quote style. Something like:
\info{quoteStyle, guillemot, «‹›»}
\macro{g, \styledQuote{guillemot|\content}}
Cynthia said, \e{I was talking to Mr Chanelle and he said, \g{Ĉu vi vere venas el \g{la bela Barato}?}}
