Allow User to Delete and Update Documents

There currently exists functionality to allow users to add documents to the database. We would like to create a way for users to be able to update information regarding existing documents or delete those documents as well. We will:

• Allow users to delete a document, keyed by its id number
• Allow users to update the metadata for a document already in the database
