Bug, GetLinks, incorrect input value

Description of Issue:
GetLinks will fail if the input string is not properly formatted

Reproduction steps:

1. Modify JS code to submit incorrectly formatted data.
2. Select any combonation of tags.
3. Select "Submit Content"

Expected Behavior:
GetLinks returns the links according to the tag list made by JS.
