Language-specific SKOS mappings

In general, the question arises whether distinctions in SKOS should not be applicable to individual language versions, that is, whether it should be possible to specify how a given term in a particular language relates to the English original (e.g. as an exact match, close match, etc.). It may well be the case that in some languages an exact equivalent does not exist.
