The DevOps vertical's input for the AI-SDLC closing sessions at Dhwani RIS.
Live site: https://dhwani-ris.github.io/ai-sdlc-devops/
On 7 May, the AI-SDLC session agreed three personas (Product Builder, Architect, Account Manager) and a per-step accountability table across ten SDLC steps. The 12 May and 14 May closing sessions are locking the personas, ownership, and project-start enablers.
Each vertical was asked to come carrying its own inputs — as the voice of the vertical, not just the individual. This document is the DevOps vertical's input.
- Where this fits — context from the 7 May session
- The three personas — quick recap
- The 10 SDLC steps — flow diagram with DevOps' contribution previewed per step
- Per-step DevOps support — deep-dives for each of the 10 steps, plus a recommended +1 (Beyond Go-Live: Operate & Feedback)
- Project-start enablers — DevOps' input against stack & tooling, sign-off & governance, AI in the SDLC, rollout
- How it lands for each persona — what changes for the PB, the Architect, the AM, and the client
- Outcomes — measurable promises
- Roadmap — four quarters
- What we need from leadership — people, tooling, decisions
- Open questions for the closing sessions
The AI-SDLC group (Sunandan, Swapnil, Abhijit, Harshdeep, Deepak, Nihaan, Prody, Ankit) — semi-technical, decision-making. The doc is paced so a reader can scan in 5 minutes or go cover-to-cover in 15.
