Create a way to grey out the "Keep Awake" button within Tools

What problem are you hitting

I am evaluating this product for use in our company's environment but there is a "Keep Awake" feature currently under the Tools drop down menu in the app. I get that this may be handy for some users so I don't expect it to just go away but if there is a way that it could be toggled off or greyed out via a managed configuration profile that would be amazing!

What do you suggest

Create a way to grey this out or hide it with a managed configuration profile.

Good idea! It's not something Crisp currently supports, but I have nothing against adding it as a feature. macOS does most of the work here. A configuration profile in the com.crisp.app domain carrying

<key>crisp.disableKeepAwake</key>
<true/>

is something Crisp can read on launch, and since a managed value outranks the user's own preferences, nobody could switch it back on with a defaults write.

Regarding greying out vs hiding; I'm more for hiding rather than leaving behind something that looks like a potential bug, as there's also nowhere in that small panel to explain who turned it off and why.

Is Keep Awake the only thing you'd want switched off, or is there more on the list? If there's more, please let me know here. I'll add this as a part of the next release when it's done.
