Steps to reproduce

1. Export Snippets as CSV.
2. Include my custom snippets and save as CSV
3. Trying to import CSV.
4. Able to see the file, but unable to select it.

Expected result

Unable to select the snippet CSV file which is in my Downloads folder in my phone.
