First off, thanks for maintaining this! This CSV seems like the sort of list that will be actively maintained (since it drives a website and other valuable insight), so I was wondering if I could sneak the country into this CSV? Having it exposed on the front-end is perhaps helpful, but probably not necessary in order for it to be useful to someone as a resource :)

I'd suggest either full country names, or maybe 3-letter ISO codes (plus extensions), so people can easily ctrl-F from the github CSV (since it's the main interface to start). Ideally full country name imho, and we can just search-replace if/when there's ever a better interface via the website.
Any thoughts on this?
