chore: verify local build on Fedora 43 / Wayland (unmodified fork)

Goal

Confirm the unmodified Input Leap fork compiles and runs on the primary development machine before any SeamGate changes are made.

Steps

• Install build dependencies (CMake, libei, Qt6, OpenSSL, etc.)
• cmake -B build -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release && cmake --build build
• Verify binary runs on Fedora 43 / KWin Wayland without crash
• Note any build warnings or dependency gaps in a comment on this issue

Acceptance criteria

• Clean build with no errors on Fedora 43
• input-leaps and input-leapc binaries produced
• Any pre-existing warnings catalogued (baseline for future cleanup)

Notes

This must be completed before the performance baseline (#7) can be measured.
Build environment: AMD Threadripper 3960X, Fedora 43, kernel 7.0.9-105.fc43.x86_64.
