IE8 first load issue

Hi @dimin

First of all thanks for your work on the project, I'm considering using it for a future project.

I'm having an issue with IE8, which doesn't seem to load the images properly on first page visit. After refreshing the page it looks fine but at first it looks like:

I may try to fix this myself but first of all, do you have any idea what the issue is or any info to get me started?
