Is there a way to force location of components on the layout

In many cases, certain components like connectors must hav a fixed location in the layout. Is it possible to input coordinate of these components as well as the board dimensions before the tool lays out the traces?

For now you'll have to manually open up the layout in KiCad and import your board shape / connector positions, but this is certainly planned — give us a week or two!
