Asynchronously load additional data for a list of items

At the very least, requires adding the data's ID to each line of the list. Then a Listener can just add JS to the page that loads data on page load for the data items displayed.

I took this route of adding the data-id to the tr or LI of each row for publishing and published toggles so lets go this route
