Sveltekit CMS issues

1. Visual Editor doesnt persist if you navigate around. Implement a client store to track if visual editing is enabled.
2. Test that items in draft mode still display correctly when using live preview.
3. Update directus sdk client to the latest version
4. Implement remote functions instead.
5. Upgrade tailwind to v4
6. Convert forms to Sveltekit form actions (or remote functions)

Moved the form submission in the server action using the old (non remote functions) form actions. I still need to add some client side validation, and probably server side validation. Currently the form submits and files are uploaded correctly.
