Links from Disconnect Search always replace the + symbol with a space in URLs. E.g., let's say I search for the local weather and click on the weather.com link. I should be taken to http://www.weather.com/weather/today/city+state+zip, however, I am instead taken to http://www.weather.com/weather/today/city state zip, and get a page does not exist error.
