I2C functionality

Loading the I2C ports after sleep is not fully set up, lowpower.c misses the inclusion of i2c.h

Usually the i2c is included in the configDriver.h file when used. If not used but I2C is the dependency is missing and need to be added. Will fix this soon.

I assume this is fixed now in the devel branch. Let me know if you still have the issue.
