Recommendation for removing unused scripts

I recommend removing two scripts:

1- https://github.com/djgroen/FabSim3/blob/master/autocomplete.py
2- https://github.com/djgroen/FabSim3/blob/master/autocomplete.sh

These scripts were originally created to allow users to see all FabSim3 commands along with potential arguments in auto-completion mode. However, it was not used by users.

Removing them will help keep the repository clean and organized, and also prevent confusion for new users.
