Check Settings → System → Logs for trimlight.
Common causes:
- Wrong Client ID / Client Secret
- Incorrect Device ID
- API unreachable (cloud outage or network issues)
Some devices do not return built‑ins from /device/get.
The integration falls back to a static list, so built‑ins should still appear after refresh.
Press Refresh Presets. If still empty, verify the device returns presets via API.
If validation fails due to brands, ensure your PR to home-assistant/brands is merged.
