I've downloaded and compiled your sample and first I want to thank you for
sharing your code.
Unfortunately the driver verifier throws a bluescreen in this code. It seems to
be only a warning, but afterwards there's no way to continue in order to search
for other problems. The bluescreen occurs in VMultiEvtWdmPreprocessMnQueryId
and is explained in detail here:

The tipps mentioned on this forum didn't work for me and I could not contact
the developer who asked at osronline, if he already solved the problem. Do you
have any idea how this could be solved?
