Add variable to disable signups

Hi,

I really like Ticky, and just started using in "productively". Great job so far.

On thing I stumbled upon is, that:

• I don't want to allow new users to sign up for themselves (which is possible only when disabling SMTP).
• I want to send notifications about due dates to the assignees of tickets (which is possible only when SMTP is enabled)

It would be great to be able to use SMTP for notifications, but at the same time block users from signing up autonomously.

Can you e.g. introduce a variable, e.g. ENABLE_USER_SIGNUPS to be able to switch this functionality on/off? Would really appriciate this.

Btw: A really big deal would be to be able to use OIDC for authentication ;)

Do you think it would maybe be better to provide this as an option on the admin panel that's currently only used for user management? Or maybe both options?

OIDC is something I want to look into as well, just don't really have any experience with it yet.

Hi,

For me personally it would be sufficient to switch off the feature by setting an environment variable, as I don't have the need to toggle it on/off later on.

I can't think of any meaningful usescases where one would need to enable/disable the registration only temporarily. But that's only my view - probably I miss something ;)
