Docker binaries ubuntu resolute missing #361

Description
When installing docker cli binaries as descripted in the documentation for ubuntu resolute, I get the following error message:
Error: Package 'docker-ce' has no installation candidate
Error: Package 'docker-ce-cli' has no installation candidate
Error: Unable to locate package containerd.io
Error: Couldn't find any package by glob 'containerd.io'
Looking at the repository it looks like some binaries are missing there:
https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu/dists/resolute/pool/stable/amd64/
Reproduce
Use dockerfile to build in the respective ubuntu distro:
