Third-party notices (maintained per ADR-0004; entries land with the assets):

- PDFium (BSD-3-Clause) — Ethos can load a pinned PDFium runtime supplied by the
  operator or benchmark host. The source tree does not vendor PDFium binaries. Any
  release artifact that bundles PDFium must carry the upstream PDFium license and
  notice material alongside the artifact manifest.
- Liberation Fonts (SIL Open Font License 1.1) — ADR-0003 selects the Liberation
  family as the deterministic fallback font bundle. The source tree currently
  records the policy but does not vendor the font files. Any release artifact that
  bundles Liberation fonts must carry the upstream OFL notice material alongside
  the artifact manifest.

Generated third-party license manifests are published with release artifacts (plan §9).
