WordVault input number boxes very aggressive about there being a number inside them

Hey there's an issue that I assumed was just the way aerolith handles search modification, but I realized today that it is behaving differently on wordwalls versus wordvault. (The wordwalls functionality is desired) Here's a video of the bug. Typing "backspace 6" into search box results in "6" on wordwalls, but "60" on wordvault.
