"Error: Can’t Download Catalog - Not a Valid Win32 FileTime" while Using apisofdotnet CLI Commands

We are attempting to use the Apisofdotnet CLI commands from the CLI.md file in our Azure DevOps Pipeline.
When we try to run the “apisofdotnet update-catalog --force” command, we are encountering below error
“error: can’t download catalog: Not a valid Win32 FileTime”. FYR attached screenshot below.

Specification of pipeline Agent

• OS Name: Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Datacenter
• OS Version: 10.0.14393 N/A Build 14393
• DotNet Version: 8.0.204
• Apisofdotnet Version: prerelease version (version '0.1.292-beta').

Any help or guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
