CBL-Mariner 2.0 end of support

CBL-Mariner 2.0 reached end-of-life in June 2025. While .NET container images based on CBL-Mariner 2.0 continued to be published beyond their initial deprecation to support ongoing migrations, they will now no longer be updated. Applications still using CBL-Mariner 2.0 should migrate to Azure Linux 3.0.
