Skip Local Execution Doesn't Seem to Work

I don't have Deadline configured, just testing it out without the deadline connection first. The skip local execution flag doesn't seem to work, it still runs the local workflow.

Thanks so much for creating this though, essential for large amounts of work and increasing efficiency, can't wait to try it out for real!

Can you give me logs?
Intended behavior is that the workflow is run locally, but it only executes Submit to Deadline node whwich takes few seconds.
I will probablly change this to something more elegant when i will be polishing the plugin.
