Add positive and negative wedge for depth #7
Description
A common scenario in 3D printing is to "create" inserts that are pushed into the negative. Pomelo can be adapted to support such inserts by adding support for "wedgifying" of the "depth" part of the extrusion. We need both a positive and a negative wedge factor to support both generating the inserts and their negatives.
