Why should we track this?

RHOAI contributors not only contribute to upstream projects, but also contribute to all the repos in the given repo above for integration purpose between multiple components. Hence we should track it.

Is ODH considered upstream though? I don't think we are developing a community anymore. It's mostly for downstream development.

maybe we could have a different deployment for upstream and for downstream (two different urls)?
