Using cargo is labeled as This flow currently doesn't work end to end. I don't want to use nix.

It's possible to install rostra via cargo install, but one will need to download the web assets separately and set an env variable to point at them. I would need to invent a whole new system of auto-downloading them or something, as cargo just doesn't have support for anything else than compiling the binary: https://users.rust-lang.org/t/preferred-way-to-bundle-data-with-cargo-install/125485/2

I will try to add deb and rpm packaging eventually and a self-extracing static-like binary.

https://rostra.me is probably the easiest way to just play with it initially.
