Add explanations for Windows users (Docker)

@cmil, @ingoboerner , I tried to set up Docker again (I can run the Docker example containers etc.). I have managed to finish the steps described in the “Getting started” section. The commands described in the following section do not seem to work in Windows (neither in cmd nor PowerShell). I was wondering if you could add a Windows version or further information.

This is a Problem using the command line on Windows. Use a tool like postman for sending Requests to the locally running API, e.g. https://www.postman.com/

The command templates seem not to work in cmd or PowerShell in Windows, but in GitBash. Maybe this infomation could be added for Windows users?

Maybe in Git Bash you set the environment variable (Exist password) to empty an that solved it
