HTTP Service (aka RWS) written with swagger 3.0 specs do not allow server-side scripting

Attempted to write a log message to dreamfactory.log in all 4 supported languages and was unable to do so. Same code works against db service.

DF version: 2.12
Running on: Docker container (Bitnami)
