[ENHANCEMENT]: Add styling to HTML

Problem

The HTML file doesn't have styling. It isn't responsive.

Desired behavior

HTML needs CSS styling:

• Better layout and spacing
• Dark mode
• Be responsive (also mobile)

Thoughts & Additional Info

The issue doesn't need to be solved completely on one PR. Feel free to take one part of it at a time.

The dark mode side of things are already taken (see comments above). You're welcome to take the rest, or part of it (layout, spacing, responsive). I'd suggest waiting until the current open PRs are merged before opening yours, so you can branch from an updated main and avoid conflicts.
