v0.1.0 released — gh-image is working

Prototype: extending gh-image to handle non-image attachments (PDF, zip, etc.).

GitHub's /upload/policies/assets endpoint already accepts non-image files — it just routes them to a different storage backend and tells you where to finalize via the asset_upload_url field in the policy response (/upload/repository-files/{id} for files vs /upload/assets/{id} for images). The current code hardcoded the image path, so file finalize returned 404 Invalid Asset. Using the server-provided asset_upload_url and emitting a plain link [name](url) for non-images (instead of an ![]() embed) is all it takes.
