Unit Merge

When an infantry unit is trained in archery, i.e. swordsman garrisoned in archery range and trained to longbow-man, he should maintain his melee abilities, i.e. his melee attack. Some sort of in between armor maybe. Archer-melee also applies, i.e. archer to swordsman keeps ranged attack.
