Verify that renumbering the vertices doesn't mess up exodus input #173
We're working on a deal.II PR (for 9.6) which will reorder the vertices in some optimal way. I think that the ExodusII code here only uses local vertex numbers per cell but I should check that that patch doesn't break anything.
