Are you comfortable running pre-release software?
When a new release candidate is tagged (e.g.
v6.xrc1), it would be a huge help if you could run it on your own setup and report anything unexpected — bugs, regressions, or unexpected behavior that's changed from the previous stable release. Even a quick "tested on X, no issues" comment goes a long way.The main reason is that we only run a subset of the features DSMR-reader has, or we're limited to our own smart meter at home.
Release candidates are already pre-tested at home and should not contain bugs anymore, but they might:
