Reframe BootstrapWizard headline to restraint promise

Background

Current onboarding headline creates an expectation Ovo will "really know you" — which we can't yet deliver. Product philosophy says we should open with a restraint promise instead.

Acceptance

• Headline changed (e.g. Ovo 默认只看不做)
• Subtitle clarifies what Ovo will and won't do automatically
• Both 中文 and English versions updated
