sensor.hilo_rate_access wrong unit_of_measurement

Hiya 👋
Was looking at submitting a new idea and while looking at the code and entities, I see that the sensor hilo_rate_access is configured with a unit_of_measurement of $/kWh
Is this on purpose ?
The configured amount (0.46$) is a daily flat-rate and not based on kWh :)

Not something I worked on or bothered to look at. Must be a typo from the original code.
