meaning of score

Hello,
I want to ask what is the score that I have to use for the xCellSignifcanceRandomMatrix and for xCellSignifcanceBetaDist and why you reccomanded to do this steps, they are necessary for the visualization of the results? What type of plot do you suggest to do for a visualization? For now I just did some boxplot for the cell type i'm interested in, but I saw on your paper that you did a tsne plot.
