Description
This repo assumes that we want to install most apps from Homebrew, but at dxw we now have a different system for installing some applications.
It would be good to think about whether we can work around this somehow, maybe by optionally running the other installer from the command line or by having a CLI switch that removes some things in the Brewfile or something else.
