Can you please create such binaries (without bmi2-option) and host it here on GitHub?

By default Nim compiles with bmi off, so this should be as simple as compiling Chrysaora on a windows machine. I don't have one myself, but I'll be compiling binaries in a virtual machine once the network itself is implemented.
