Storage: Account for Degradation

Discussed in power modeling lunch meeting on 2/6/24. We could either:

• Split each battery into 2 batteries - one with zero VOM, one with a "virtual" VOM (cost incurred in the objective value, but not necessarily incurred in welfare)
• Constrain that each battery cannot go below x% charged - just there for capacity credit
